At Agent Nateur, we strive for excellence in every formula, but due to the artisanal and personal nature of our skincare products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Initiate Your Request
Email our concierge team at support@agentnateur.com with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Ensure the product is in its original, tamper-evident packaging and securely place it in a shipping box with your original packing slip included.
Ship the Item
Affix your prepaid shipping label or use a trackable shipping service of your choice to send the package to our distribution center.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team verifies the item is unopened and in saleable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a restocking fee, within 7-10 business days.
